5/99 Burrow Hill Farm House

GV II

House. C16. Extended in early C20 in similar style. Timber framed on
whitewashed brick plinth, exposed framed infilled with whitewashed brick;
plain tiled roofs, hipped over front left and right. L shaped plan with hipped
crosswing to right. Two storeys with square stack to end left, and rear ridge
stack to left of centres; square stack to right end and rear stack right of
centre. Double hipped bays to right of recessed centre. 1 storey and attic
to left of centre under 2 hipped roof dormers; one casement window to centre.
Projecting gabled window to ground floor left, one 3-light window to left,
and one 3-light leaded window to centre of ground floor. Two further windows
to ground floor right. Ribbed door to left of centre in recessed brick porch.
Further wings to rear.
