(Formerly listed as Cottage about 60m south west of Rose Villa, STATION ROAD (WEST SIDE)

House. C18. Colourwashed red brick, cement rendered. Plaintiled roof. Two cells with end stack. One storey and attic. Central boarded door, flanking three-light glazing bar casements, all with hoodboards and gauged brick segmental relieving arches. Two two-light gabled dormers. Gable end parapets with moulded kneelers. Internal end stack to left. Left end lean-to outshut addition. Interior not inspected. Listed as a fairly unaltered example of an C18 smallholder's cottage.
