No. 12 forms a circa C17 roughcast cross wing to left-hand end of Oak Beams which
is an C18 rendered brick range.
No. 12 has parpated gable to front and large external side chimney stack, one-storey
and attic, modern casements and glazed door. Interior: stopped chamfer ceiling
beams and joists. Oak Beams at right angles, circa C18 one-storey and attic,
3 window range, 2 and 3-light mullion/transome casements and gabled dormers. Old
tile roofs with gabled ends. Brick end and ridge stacks.
