Cottage. C17. Flint with brick dressings and thatched roof. One storey and attic, 2 bays, extended to north by 1 bay in chalk, flint and brick, probably C18, and further extended to south in C19 by 1 bay outbuilding in rendered brickwork, the roof extended over both extensions. Glazed door in right bay in C20 open porch. Over door, a clunch datestone reading 1691 MP. Part of front of left bay rebuilt c1930 after collapse. Casement windows and 2 flush dormers with sliding sashes. Stack to left bay, and thatch hipped left, half-hipped right and swept over dormers.
