House, early C19. Brick plastered and lined as ashlar; plain tile roof; brick stack behind ridge. One storey and attic with toothed brick bands above around floor windows and at eaves level, two bays; sixteen pane glazing bar sashes with moulded wooden frames. Two attic dormers with glazing bar casements and hipped roofs. Plank door to left opening into covered passageway.
