Cottage. C18, with late C20 additions to rear. Flemish bond brick. Old
plain-tile roof; brick ridge stack. 2-unit baffle entry plan, extended to
L-plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Plank door, now blocked internally. Old
leaded wood casements, of 3 lights to ground floor and 2 lights above. All
openings have brick segmental arches. Left return side has exposed rafters and
tie beam to gable. Right return side has C20 bay window. Interior has
back-to-back open fireplaces, with old chamfered bressumer in room to right.
Chamfered ceiling beams.
