Earlier C19, circa 1830-40. Altered later by stucco refacing to yellow brickwork.
Hipped Welsh slated roof with paired brackets to eaves cornice. 2 storeys, rusticated
ground floor, 1st floor panelled band. Doric pilasters to corners, recessed central
porch. Attic window between 2 chimneys. 1st floor has architrave surrounds to
windows, 1 blocked window on right, 2 other windows sashes with glazing bars.
