House. Late C16/early C17. Timber-framed with straight braces and painted
brick infill panels. On sandstone foundations. Steeply pitched plain tile
roof with gabled ends. L-shaped plan. Two storeys to range fronting Church
Road, two storeys and attic to wing at right angles. Modern fenestration,
casements with glazing bars. Gabled open timber porch on east elevation. Red
brick chimney stack projects from east gable of range fronting Church Road, and
one red brick ridge stack. One gabled dormer to wing at rear.
