The Pleasannce

Italianate style with some modern alterations. 2 storeys and attic,
irregular plan. Sashes, some with cornices and consoles. Arched porch,
2 narrow windows above with dummy arches; impost mouldings, archivolts,
keyblocks. 1st floor band, eaves cornice.
All the listed buildings in Upper Ladyes Hills form a group.
