One two storey plus attic building of probably C17 origin. Fairly inoffensive C19 shopfronts. First floor has C18 leaded lights in metal casements and wood frames. Nos 59 and 59A have two gabled dormers and its walls have been rendered with roughcast, No 61 has been entirely encased in fake framing arid has gable end facing east towards St John's. Old tile roof.

Nos 55 to 61 (odd) including Nos 57A and 59A, form a group
