No 12 now incorporates No 14. Abuts No 10. Probably C16 range of 2 storey
dwellings of heavy square timber framing with some diagonal bracing. Infilling
of colourwashed brickwork. Metal casements with diagonal leaded lights
and renewed oak mullioned frames. Modern doors. Roof of old tiles.
Nos 10, 12, 16 and 20 form a group.
