House. C18, possibly with earlier origins. Ironstone ashlar and squared, coursed
rubble to right gable end with quoins and coped gables on kneelers. Slate roof
with bases of stone stacks to ends. 2 storeys plus attic; 2-window range. 2-unit
plan. To centre C20 glazed door within a C20 greenhouse. To left and right of
ground and first floor a 12-pane casement with lintel and keyblock. To left of
roof a C20 gabled dormer. To rear an early C19 range of brick, with ironstone
ashlar to left facade and coped gable. Interior: in C18 range a chamfered spine
bean with ogee stop, and an open fireplace.
