Dated 1762. 2 storeys, painted local rubblework with brick quoins to right
and ashlar quoins to left. 2 windows, 3 and 2 light casements on 1st floor,
3 light plate glass sash on ground floor to left and plain sash to right, both
with moulded frames. Doorway off centre to right with moulded frame, brackets
to flat hood of 4 panel door. Old tile roof with slate catslide to rear, brick
chimney to left hand gable, coped verge to right hand gable. Panelled datestone
over doorway: "J. G." over 1762.
