House and shop, wall, railings and gate. Mid C18. Red brick; plain tile roof; brick ridge stack and integral end stack. L-shape plan.

Two storeys; 1:3 bays, glazing bar sashes with plaster lintels. Projecting wing to left with recessed door, large shop window and hipped roof projection; half-glazed door to centre of right hand range with moulded wooden doorcase and flat hood.

Brick dwarf wall, cast iron railings and gate enclose a small front garden.
