Probably late C18 with later alterations. Originally one house, now divided into
2 dwellings. Red brick. Two storeys; 3 sash windows with flat brick arches;
2 mid-C19 wood pilaster doorcases, that at centre with open pediment and bricked-up
fanlight, 6-flush-panelled door; stone sill band; raised parapet to front elevation
with moulded brick cornice and stone blocking course, elsewhere modillion brick eaves;
hipped tiled roof.
