Early C18 brick house of 2-storeys and attics. The brickwork below the eaves
has been renewed with lozenge diapering. 4 windows. String course. 4 new
dormers. Said to contain good staircase of circa 1700.

Church of St John the Baptist and Wall at Silver Gates form a group with
Anchor Inn, Post Office and ¨Tolleys¨, and The Monastery, in The Green.
