Formerly The Cedane. Probably late C18, with mid C19 alterations and additions,
2 storey, mainly rendered. Added gray brick wing right. Central 6-panel
door with fielded upper panels in arched entrance with stone case with
stone case with pilasters and segmental pediment, arched window at 1st
floor above with archivolt and key. 3 sash windows at 1st floor, now
with centre glazing bars only and 3-light mullion transom casement in wing,
left. Slate roof. Wing, right, gray brick, 1st floor stone splay bay
window on arches on columns, at ground floor, with foliate caps.

No 1, Council Depot, Walls of Council Depot and No 9 form a group.
