Probably early C19, 3 storey, brick, limewashed 1st and 2nd floors.1 sash
window, at 2nd floor with glazing bars. 1 sash and 1 casement window at
1st floor. Rendered ground floor, with early C19 doorcase, one casement
and one sash window. Return face to King's Arms Street, 1 window at each
floor including shop window with wood case.

No 1 forms a groups with No 22 and 24 and Nos 30 to 34 (even) King's Arms
Street.

Group value note should be amended to read:

No 1 forms a group with Nos 20 to 26 (even) and Nos 30 to 34 (even) King's Arms
Street.
