C18. High 2-storey rubble built house with dressed stone surrounds to windows.
Steep mansard roof of stone slates. 3 dormers, sashes. Stone chimney stacks with
cornice. 5 windows to 1st floor, hung sashes with glazing bars. Late C19 shop
front with carved consoles to east end of ground floor. Central entrance to house,
wooden doorcase, semi-circular-headed doorway in deep reveals, door with incised
panels, fanlight above.

Nos 2 to 36 (even) and 42 to 46A (even) and 52 to 98 (even) form a group.
