3/87 Lake House

GV II

House. Later C17, with C19 alterations. Ground floor later C19
red and grey brick in Flemish bond. Beaded weatherboarding to
first floor. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and garret. Gabled. Multiple
filleted red and grey brick stack towards centre, and projecting rear
brick stack towards right end. Irregular fenestration of 3 leaded
casements; one 3-light to each side of porch and one 2-light to first
floor of porch. 2-storey gabled porch, incorporating staircase, with
brick ground floor and weatherboarded first floor, under stack.
Ribbed door under flat bracketed hood to right side of porch. Broad
rear wing to left. Narrow rear lean-to to right, and along each side
of wing. Interior not inspected.
