Adjoins the rear of Wilton Lodge, Trull Road. 2 storey roughcast front. 3 windows,
sashes (paired to each side) in wide frames. Sloping buttresses to right gable
end. Modern pantile roof, hipped to right. Late Georgian doorcase with reeded
pilasters.

Grove Lodge with gatepiers and gates, and Wilton Lodge, Trull Road, form a group.
