No 11 Weddell's Lane forms rear wing of building. C18, enlarged and
balconies added early C19. Stuccoed, with stone cornice, parapet and coping,
original pedimented attic windows, doorpiece with Corinthian pilasters and
entablature. 4 plus 1 windows, irregularly arranged, on 2 storeys. 3
windows have cast iron Greek honeysuckle patterned balconies, elliptical
in plan. Windows have moulded architraves and over 1 is a shield of arms.
The left hand return side of the house is on Weddell's Lane, with a side
entrance to a separate dwelling.
