To north-east of Swallowship House. Early C19. 2 storeys. 3 windows. Rubble
with quoins, lintels and cills. Glazing bar sash windows. Central door with
rustic quoins. Catslide roof to rear. Horizontal sliding sash window to south
with diamond glazing.
