Early-mid C19. Stucco fronted house. Parapet and cornice, band at floor level.
2 storeys. One window. Sashes without glazing bars, lintels, cills on small brackets,
modern louvred shutters. To right modern door with semi-circular fanlight without
glazing bars. Plaque "George Mogridge 1787-1854 who wrote as 'Old Humphrey' and
other names, lived here".

Nos 3 to 18 consec including Windycroft form a group of which Nos 4, 5, 15, 16 17
and 18 are of local interest only.
