Ground floor - 3 modern 'Tudor' doors, cambered arches, brick rusticated architraves. 3 cambered windows, modern tile sills, brick architraves. Brick quoins.

Malthouse Cottage, Old Barn Close, Post Office, Pelham Cottage, Nos 122, 124 and 126, and Nos 1-4 Malthouse Cottages form a group.
