House, extended and divided. Late C18 with C19 extensions to rear. Brown brick
with hipped plain tiled roof. Two storeys with moulded brick eaves, end stacks
to rear. 5 bay front with 9-pane glazing-bar sashes to first floor and four 2-
pane glazing bar sash windows to ground floor; all under gauged brick heads.
Central door of 6 panels with fan tracery in transome light over. Flat roofed
porch with two half and two full columns under drum capitals with pseudo-fluting.
C20 extensions to rear comprising Smithwood Cottage.
