C.1811 town house built by John Parten, Esquire. Red brick frontage of 3 storeys with slate roof and eaves cornice on paired modillions. 4 windows. 1 blocked on each floor and all lacking glazing bars. 3 windows on ground floor. Early C19 wood doorcase of C18 type with dentil cornice and pediment. A better doorcase is on the West front, with Greek Ionic columns, dentil cornice and open pediment, and a traceried simi-circular fanlight. Includes attached garden wall with archway and doorway.

Nos 18, 18A, 19 and 21 to 24 (consec), building between Nos 24 and 25, and Nos 25 to 27 (consec) form a group.
