Row of 3 cottages. Probably C18. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Thatched
roofs to Ivy Cottage and Prints Cottage. Wackerfield has C20 tile roof and brick
end stack. 2 stone stacks to both Ivy and Prints Cottage. 2- and 3-unit plan.
All single storey plus attic. C20 doors. 2- and 3-light casements to ground
floors and attics, some with wrought iron casement fasteners. Ivy Cottage has
windows with keystoned surrounds. Eyebrow and swept dormers. Interiors not
inspected. This row occupies a prominent corner site at the junction of
Cumberford Hill and South Newington Road.
