Art block. Late C19. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Plain tile roof. Stone
stack to left. L-plan. Single storey plus attic. 3.-window range. 2 entrances at
ends. Large window to single-storey extension. 2-light window to gable to right.
Attic has 2- and 3-light window to right gable. Attic has 2- and 3-light portal
Gothic Revival windows, 2 of which are dormers. Bay window to left end.
Limestone dressing to windows. Interior not inspected. Included for group value
