Farmhouse. Probably late C17/early C18. Coursed ironstone rubble with Welsh
slate roof. 2 brick end stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. Three 3-light
wooden casements to the first floor with chamfered and stopped wooden lintels.
Central entrance has panelled door with overlight and wood lintel. C20 hood.
Two 3-light ground-floor windows. Single storey kitchen extension on left
with catslide roof and brick end stack has plank door to right with heavy
wooden frame. 3-light wooden casement to left of door. Continuous wooden
lintel to door and window. Rear: gabled dormer flush with main wall has a 2-
light casement. Interior: Stop-chamfered beams; plank doors and bressumer to
room to left of main entrance. Formerly known as Leys Farm.
