garage wing

House and garage wing. Late C18/early C19; garage wing probably C17/C18. Coursed
squared marlstone with ashlar dressings; Welsh-slate roof with brick gable
stacks; corrugated-iron roof to garage. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys. 2-window
front of house has the entrance to left, with 4-panel door and overlight, and
has a tripartite sash to right; first and second floors have 12- and 6-pane
sashes. All openings have ashlar flat arches with rusticated voussoirs.
Shallow-pitched roof. Lower garage bay to right has a steep-pitched roof and
retains a 3-light casement above C20 ground-floor openings. Interior not
inspected.
