C18 in appearance almost a facsimile of the No 25 Pembroke Street.
3-storeyed, stucco with a brick fronted ground floor. Tripartite
sash window on the ground floor, 2 sashes above, all with glazing bars.
Plain doorway with rectangular fanlight over. Modern slate mansard,
new roof line.
