C19. Flint with red brick dressings. Coped gables and steeply pitched
tiled roof with clustered chimney stacks. 2 storeys and dormers, 3 windows
on north facing facade.

The walls, gate piers and gates on Church Street, form a group with Holy
Trinity Church and Vicarage and with Nos 29 to 35 (odd) opposite. Holy
Trinity Church and Nos 29 to 33 (odd) also form part of a group on Grey's
Hill.
