House and the ground floor a bank. 4-storeyed C18-19 stuccoed timber-framed
front with the ground floor in ashlar on a stone base, a moulded eaves cornice
and a parapet. In the 1st floor are 5 tall Cl8-style sash windows in moulded
wood frames and cornices. The 2nd and 3rd floors have plain sash windows.

All the listed buildings on the Side form a group.
