House and shop. A 3-storeyed stuccoed Cl8-19 front with a moulded and modillioned
eaves cornice and parapet. The lst floor has 3 pairs of tall rectangular
sash windows in moulded frames and architraves and iron balcony railings.
In the 2nd floor are similar, but smaller, windows, the centre pair being
blind.

All the listed buildings on the South Side form a group.
