House. Early/mid C18. Limestone rubble with timber lintels; plain-tile roof with
brick gable stacks. 2-unit plan. One storey plus attics. 2-window front with
rough plinth breaks forward to right, with a doorway, 2-light casement and
2-light dormer, and, to left, has a further entrance, a blocked doorway, small
casement and 3-light half dormer. Rear has further casements. Interior not
inspected. Forms an L-shaped group with Midsummer Cottage (q.v.).
