GV II

House. Probably early C19 with later extension to left. Painted brick; Welsh
slate hipped roof with lead ridges; brick stacks to rear. 2-storey, 4-window
range. 6-panel part-glazed door to right of centre with fanlight and painted
wood Doric pilaster surround supporting flat hood. 16-pane unhorned sashes to
all openings except 2-light wood casement to ground-floor left, and 12-pane
unhorned sash to first floor right of centre. Interior not inspected. Included
for group value.
