Former use unknown now store and workshop. C16 with C20 alterations. Flint
and brick. Pantile roof. At right-angles to and away from street-line in
yard. 2 storeys. 2 bays. Ground-floor and first-floor loading doors to
right-hand side. C20 door and casement to the left with 6-light mullion and
transom window at first floor. Small gable dormer with loading doors. Dimin-
ished principal-rafter roof construction.
