3/34 Former Estate Office
approx 25m. north
east of Heydon Hall

GV II

Former estate office, derelict at time of survey. Early C19. Red brick;
roofless. Two storeys, square on plan. Ground floor and first floor window
openings with flat gauged arches and keystones. Semicircular-headed doorway
at south-west corner with 4-panel door and blind fanlight. Chimney stack
off-centre on north wall. First floor window opening on west side.
Castellated eaves parapet. Attached short screen wall at south-west corner.
Square gate pier with decorated urn-finial. Included for group value.
