plinth; half-hipped thatch roof; C20 brick right end stack. 2-unit plan. One
storey and attic; 2-window range. C20 door and flanking windows; swept dormer to
right with C19 three-light casement. Interior not inspected but likely to be of
(A. Pacey, Duck End: a group of Oxfordshire Houses, (privately published), 1985,
pp.32-33 for plan and section).
