Chest tomb. Circa 1827. Ashlar. Chamfered base and top, fluted corner
pilasters, and panelled sides and ends with inclined borders. Inscribed:
"lN MEMORY OF ROBERT HUGHES OF NEWPORT who died Dec. 16th 1827, Aged 29
years¨.
