Dwelling and formerly shop. C17 or earlier. Rough render on timber frame, stone
slate roof, large stone stack right side. Single gable to street (same detail as
larger gable to No. 44, adjoining. Three storeys, one windowed: small fixed light to
gable, one square sash without bars, first floor. C19 shop front projects from main
facade, single large glazed pane plus glazed door, left; pilasters.
No. 46 built at same time as No. 44 (q.v.); detail similar.
