Early C19. Former boys' school. Now divided into 3 dwellings. Russet brick; 2 storeys;
3 small-paned cast-iron casement windows, those to first storey with semi-circular cast-
iron heads and those to ground floor storey having flat heads with cast-iron lintels;
cast-iron sills; gabled ends, each with small semi-circular headed cast-iron window;
square-headed later doorway; modern doorway and brick porch on south side; tile roof.
Anglican services were held here prior to the building of Holy Trinity Church.
