BICTON C.P. CORNER FARM DRIVE

Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19. Red brick with C20 concrete tile
roof. Two storeys and attic with 2-storey rear wing. North-east front:
dentil brick eaves cornice, parapeted gable ends, and external brick end
stacks. Three gabled eaves dormers. Three bays; segmental-headed 2-
and 3-light wooden mullioned and transomed casements. Central door with
6 flush panels, pegged frame, 2-light rectangular overlight and flat hood
on shaped brackets. Stone steps up to door with plain wrought-iron
handrails. Rear wing with parapeted gable end, integral brick end stack
and corner stair tower with first-floor 2-light casement and leaded attic
casement. Interior not inspected.
