Outbuilding approximately 15m south-east of Oaks Hall

Outbuilding, possibly formerly domestic. Late C17 with later alterations.
Timber framed with red brick infill and cladding on vitrified brick plinth,
plain tile roof and ridge stack to left. 2 levels; framing: 2 square panels
from raised cill to wall-plate, short straight tension braces; the right-hand
gable is brick clad and the front has been re-built in brick (painted in
imitation), although it retains one wall post to centre. Wide double doors
to centre with boarded doors and late C19 windows to left and right, eaves
hatches.
