Detached cottage. Late C18. Ham stone roughly cut and squared, rubble to sides and rear; thatched roof between stepped
coped gables; brick and chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Horizontal-bar casement windows of 3 lights, the ground
floor with stone lintols, the first floor with timber lintols. Part-glazed boarded door lower bay 2, under stone
lintel. Outshut to rear. Interior not seen.
