Detached house. Early C19. Red brick, Flemish bond, fine jointed; hipped plain clay tile roof; brick chimney stacks.
Two storeys, 2 bays. Sash windows in plain openings with gauged brick flat arches and stone cills, with 12 panes above
and 16 panes below; entrance door in lean-to on east side behind flat coped parapet; plain boarded door set under
rectangular fanlight. West side rendered; extension to rear. Interior not seen. One metre in front of house, set on low
lias stone wall, wrot- iron spear pointed railings, with return to house on west side, matching gate to east, adding to
setting of house.
