Cottage in row. Probably Cl7 origins, altered in 1970's. Local stone pebbledash rendered; stone slate root continuous
with No 45 (qv). 2 storeys, 2 bays. C20 panelled door with earlier fanlight in recess, lower bay 1; otherwise a C20
12-pane sash window below and two apparently renewed 5-pane sashes above. Interior not seen. Primarily included for
group value.
