Farmhouse. Probably early C19. Local stone rubble: Welsh slate roof with stone ridge between stepped coped gables;
brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys 3 bays. 2-light casement windows with single horizontal glazing bars under exposed
timber lintels above and gauged shouldered segmental brick arches below; central 6-panel door protected by C20 porch
with brick base, timber and glazing, and Welsh slate roof. Brick lean-to against North gable. Interior not seen.
