Detached farmhouse. Early C18, and C19. Local lias stone cut and squared; Welsh slate roofs between coped gables, the
C19 section to a shallower pitch; brick chimney stacks. Solid U-plan, 2 storeys; north elevation 6 bays irregular
fenestration. Projecting from bay 1 a single storey wing linked by covered way, with door and sidelight in main block;
boarded doors bays 2 and 6; horizontal bar casement windows in old frames lower bays 3 and 5; both with timber lintols,
and also upper bays 3, 4 and 5, that to bay 4 set higher in a flat-roofed dormer. In west gable a C18 timber framed
window. South elevation of 3 bays, the outer bays gabled and linked by coped plain parapet: 16-pane sash windows in
plain openings under Keinton stone lintols; to lower bay 2 a boarded door under a margined fanlight, set in Keinton
slab surround under simple open pediment type hood. Interior not seen.
